Patient and a Pleasure to Work With
We recently had a water disaster that ruined a portion of our carpet. We were directed to Giant Carpet One by our Insurance Company. The sales rep Paul helped us in selecting the new carpet. Paul was very helpful, patient, and a pleasure to work with. The installers, Ron and Roger are carpet layers "extraordinaire"! It took three days to install whole house carpeting, so we got to know them well, enjoying them in our home. We recommend this team of professionals to anyone looking for above and beyond service!! Custome Care Was Outstanding
I want to let you know what a great job Barrett did for us regarding carpeting for our home.
We decided at the last minute to replace the carpet in our newly purchased home. We had a very tight schedule. I went in to Giant Carpet One and Barrett took me to the carpet that he felt matched the existing carpet sample I brought in.
He went out that same day to our home to measure the area. Within one day, after the initial order, we changed our minds and decided to carpet more of the home. So, once again, Barrett to the rescue. He again, went the same day to measure more of the home for carpet. He had to reorder the carpet, get it here, and installed in a week. He got it done.
My husband and I are very pleased with the carpet and Barrett's job performance. His customer care was outstanding. Plus, I have been in the store twice since the order and he greets me by name. He is an asset to your store. We will be back the next time we need flooring, because of the excellent service Barrett provided.

Best Deal in Ogden
We just had hardwood floors and carpet installed and we love our new floors so much. Bonnie was very helpful in all areas and the men that installed the flooring were very good at what they do. They were kind and clean cut and I felt very comfortable having them in my home for a few days. We shopped around for prices and found the best deal at Giant Carpet One in Ogden.
